Meet Chef Christian
Our culinary experience at Apartment 2E is helmed by Executive Chef Christian Clark, whose career with Hyatt has spanned 17 years across 4 hotels, including Andaz 5th Avenue.
"Having grown up in Vernon, NJ, a farming town, I continually look for opportunities to give back to local farmers and local businesses. Sustainably-minded purchasing and thoughtful preparation is something that we take a great deal of pride in at Apartment 2E. We source ingredients seasonally and find a balance of flavors that represents not only who we are, but where we are. This continued practice brings to life our space's primary objective - to provide an experience for our guests that is centric to our location."
